How I Got Here​

My path wasn’t typical.​

I started on a full-ride football scholarship at Colorado State, studying biomedical engineering and programming.​

I trained at an NFL level, then pivoted into emergency response and law enforcement, spending nearly a decade in roles where decisions mattered immediately and consequences were real.​

After a career-ending injury, I moved into finance with Morgan Stanley.

I was in the South Tower on 9/11.​

That moment changed everything.​

I stepped away from finance and spent years rebuilding, eventually finding my way back into leadership roles across operations, sales, and recruiting.

Recruiting became the intersection of everything I value:

  • clarity under pressure

  • disciplined execution

  • and understanding what actually drives results
