How I Got Here
My path wasn’t typical.
I started on a full-ride football scholarship at Colorado State, studying biomedical engineering and programming.
I trained at an NFL level, then pivoted into emergency response and law enforcement, spending nearly a decade in roles where decisions mattered immediately and consequences were real.
After a career-ending injury, I moved into finance with Morgan Stanley.
I was in the South Tower on 9/11.
That moment changed everything.
I stepped away from finance and spent years rebuilding, eventually finding my way back into leadership roles across operations, sales, and recruiting.
Recruiting became the intersection of everything I value:
